We ultimately mmet and after getting too know each other,
she invited me to participate and speak at her 2015-Final Triathlete
Training Camp” at the National Coaching Heart in Clermont,
FL. The training camp wwas fairly complete, technical and a lot of fun. I realized lots as a
triathlete and started to see how rather more technical and specific
coaaching for a triathlon may be. There was a ton oof biking,
swim training and operasting within the mornings and lectures within the afternoons.
